. HistoryScholte's Metaalbewerking is a company that has been around for decades.
Founding
The company is founded under the name Karsten Metaal and starts producing the first roll containers, cheese boxes and display containers.
Takeover
Mr J. Scholte takes over and the company now operates under the name Kamet-Scholte.
New production site
The company moves from Veendam to Valthermond next to sister company Scholte's Houtbewerking and is renamed Scholte’s Metaalbewerking.
New owner
Mr P J Vermazeren becomes the new owner of Scholte Metaal and leads the company in a new direction.
Relocation
Due to lack of space, Scholte Metaal is moving to Buinen to make use of the 11,000 m² of space offered by the new premises.
